+ rename notebooks under applications for shorter filename + remove unused dask_local_cluster_performance.png since it's now stored in yunjunzhang.wordpress.com for more compatible display with embed link on various platforms.
+ simplify the staged data preparation + update against the mintpy version v1.2.3-93 at Nov 27, 2020
